Changing a decimal to a fraction is really dificult to some people like myself. But there are ways you can get through that hardship. The first thing is knowing how to change it obviously. one way i know of doing that is putting it over 100 hundred. Say you have 25%, you put that over 100. That would look like 25/100, then you just reduce, which would be 5/20, then 1/4. So then you find out that 25% is 1/4 fourfth of 100.

But sometimes it isn't that easy like 33%, you have to do the same step 33/100. Then you can't reduce it because they arebn't equal to each other and then you could just leave it there like that or get really serious and go to decimals. You would divide by 2 and get 16.5 over 50. Then you can even go deeper than that but I'm not going to waste your time on that so yeah. if you guys have any other ways let me know, and I will see you later.
